About Pauline

My therapeutic approach is focused on connecting our minds, hearts and bodies. I believe that by listening to the subtle movements, language and patterns that underlie our choices, we can help deeper parts of ourselves to come forward and be heard in our life.

As a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner, I am especially aware of the importance of the body and how much it can be impacted by difficult life experiences and trauma.

I grew up across various cultures and countries (France, the UK, the USA, Germany, Switzerland) and have a deep understanding of the expat experience. This multicultural upbringing and further travel gifted me with incredible experiences of nature, spirituality and made me a big believer in the importance of living our wild selves. As such, you can find me dancing in the forest with my dog, playing ukulele, meditating or trekking through the mountains on horseback.

I am a professional artist as well as a counselor. You can head to my website https://www.sidewayspeopleart.com/ if you are interested in taking a look at my work.
